The Well-being Campaign

Branding & Identity

The Well-being Campaign is a 3-year program that aims to sustainably improve clinical weight management practices through professional education and the transfer of expertise in primary care clinics. The goal was to get 2,000 overweight/obese patients to sign up for this free program which included a weigh scale, Fitbit Zip®, website community and resources.

As lead designer, I was tasks with establishing the brand and identity which included designing:

  • a friendly and approachable logo (English and Spanish)
  • easily recognizable icons
  • the photography style
  • interactive display
  • brochures
  • flyers
  • touchscreen tv UI
  • food journal
  • email banners
  • landing pages
